Authentic. Boutique. Artistic. Unique.
Join us at The Wine Cottage for a special evening with Dirk Neumann of Absolution Cellars, featuring a guided tasting and an inside look at the winemaking philosophy behind his limited-production Central Coast wines.
Absolution Cellars focuses on handcrafted, single-vineyard wines sourced from carefully selected vineyards throughout California’s Central Coast. With more than 20 different varieties and wines produced each year, each bottle is designed to be a true expression of its vineyard, vintage, and place.
Dirk will take guests through the stories behind the wines, the vineyards that shape them, and the approach that makes each release distinct. Expect an intimate, educational, and approachable tasting experience created for both serious wine lovers and anyone simply looking to discover something new.
